COVID 19 has changed the global business landscape, resulting in uncertainties everywhere. This crisis is forcing every business owner to step back, reflect, review and refocus themselves as well as realign their businesses with the new normal.
In this particularly difficult economic context, The Emerging Entrepreneurs Programme (EEP) offers owner-managers the perfect opportunity to re-invent their businesses. The EEP is a 12-week long online programme specifically designed to equip business owners with essential knowledge and critical tools that can be applied immediately as they lead their businesses through these tough times.
The programme leverages the expertise of our C-Level faculty, and FATE Foundation’s 20 years of providing unrivalled post-programme support to entrepreneurs and businesses in the Nigerian market.

Learning Process & Methodology
The curriculum is designed to offer a holistic set of courses that addresses all the key challenges in growing a business during tough times, and it cuts across key functional areas that drive growth within an SME.
The programme goes beyond teaching concepts and frameworks to provide practical application of knowledge to current business realities, developing short to the mid-term strategic growth plan, and delivering tangible results.
Led by Industry leaders and C-Level Facilitators, the structure is a combination of interactive online class sessions, Virtual Chats with successful CEOs, Targeted Advisory Sessions, Webinars, Case studies, group activities and a hand-held personal activity to develop a Strategic Growth Plan for you and your business.

The Emerging Entrepreneur Programme is delivered in modules and allows you to continue to run your business while you participate. The core part of the programme runs for 12 weeks and will include the following modules:
- Strategic Repositioning
- Operations Re-engineering
- Effective Marketing & Sales
- Talent Management
- Digital Transformation
- Revamping your finance
During this time, you will take classes virtually twice a week using cutting edge classroom management tools. In between the modules you will be working on developing your strategic growth plan while you make immediate improvements in your business.
The module delivery approach is highly engaging and will include facilitated sessions, group activities, case studies and article reviews, and CEO Chats with successful entrepreneurs. Upon six months of completion; you would share your report on the progress of your business growth as regards the plan you had developed for yourself and your business.
The ultimate goal is to help you strategize for resilience at this difficult time by creating your company’s actionable immediate to the mid-term strategic plan, with concrete steps to grow and scale post-COVID-19 Pandemic.
The highly selective nature of the EEP ensures that participants are able to implement learnings from the programme and can add value to their cohort.
We look for Owner Managers and Chief Executives of Growing Businesses who:
- Are actively involved in running their businesses for at least 5 years
- Derive their full-time income from their businesses
- Lead a team of 5 to 100
