Learning Process & Methodology

The curriculum is designed to offer a holistic set of courses that addresses all the key challenges in growing a business during tough times, and it cuts across key functional areas that drive growth within an SME.

The programme goes beyond teaching concepts and frameworks to provide practical application of knowledge to current business realities, developing short to the mid-term strategic growth plan, and delivering tangible results.

Led by Industry leaders and C-Level Facilitators, the structure is a combination of interactive online class sessions, Virtual Chats with successful CEOs, Targeted Advisory Sessions, Webinars, Case studies, group activities and a hand-held personal activity to develop a Strategic Growth Plan for you and your business.
