As the Founder and Managing Director of, JNC International Limited (“JNCI”), an internationally acclaimed provider of Turnkey Medical Equipment Solutions, exclusively representing 28 Global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Mrs. Omatseye’s legacy spans two decades of pioneering excellence. Under her visionary stewardship, JNCI has played an instrumental role in reshaping healthcare infrastructure across Nigeria and West Africa, receiving international acclaim for its contributions.
In 1999, Mrs. Omatseye expanded her impact by establishing Vaccipharm Limited, a notable wholesale ‘cold chain’ Vaccine and Pharmaceutical distribution company. This venture underscores her commitment to addressing critical healthcare needs and ensuring the accessibility of vital medical supplies.
Mrs. Omatseye’s journey to leadership began with executive roles at renowned organizations, including May & Baker Nig. Plc, Aventis Pasteur Nigeria, and Huntleigh Healthcare Limited. Her academic accomplishments encompass a B. Pharm degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona. To her credit are additional credentials acquired through executive programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Yale University, INSEAD, IMD, and the Lagos Business School (LBS), further refining her strategic acumen.
A vanguard of change, Mrs. Omatseye possesses an extensive repertoire of expertise in Entrepreneurship, Corporate Visioning, Innovation, Healthcare Reform, and Pharmaceutical Value Chain Enhancement. Her dedication to Healthcare Reform has empowered her to shape policy landscapes, leveraging her 32 years of experience to elevate Health Systems, Project Financing, Healthcare Advisory Services, and Medicines Security.
Mrs. Omatseye’s leadership extends beyond corporate echelons. She has spearheaded pivotal policy initiatives, catalyzed private healthcare investments, and introduced innovative financing models in both the public and private health sectors. Her contributions encompass the Presidential Healthcare Reform Policy, Public Procurement Reform, the Cancer Health Fund (CHF), designed to be a catalytic fund to guarantee access to quality Cancer Care for indigent patients in Nigeria; and advocacy for Global Best Practices in public-private partnerships throughout Africa.
A sought-after speaker, Mrs. Omatseye serves as the Vice President of the African Healthcare Federation (AHF), headquartered in Kenya, and is the Immediate Past President of the West Africa Private Healthcare Federation (WAPHF/FOASPS), advocating for harmonised regional private healthcare policies. Additionally, is the Pioneer and Immediate Past President of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (HFN); and a Trustee.
Her standing as a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), and the Nigerian Academy of Pharmacy (NAcPh) and a Fellow of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria (SCGN) underscores her commitment to professional excellence. She’s also an Honorary Fellow of the prestigious West African College of Surgeons (WACS) and a Senior Fellow of the Nigerian Leadership Academy (NLI), among other esteemed affiliations.

She sits on the Board of several renowned companies, as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN), Independent Non-Executive Director of Beta Glass Plc and three NGOs as the Board Chairman of LEAP Africa and a Director of Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation, owned by Access Bank Plc.
